Alicia Toumilovitch
Independent Speech Therapist & Audiologist
Alicia has been a healthcare professional since 2017, with more than five years dedicated to her own private practice. Over that time she has supported children and adults across a wide range of speech, language, hearing and communication needs.
What drives her is simple: a genuine passion for helping people communicate more effectively and live more fully. She sees the person first, never just the diagnosis, and walks alongside each client with patience, warmth and practical expertise.
Alicia is multilingual: while English is her main medium for therapy, she also has some proficiency and experience in Afrikaans, isiXhosa and Russian, helping clients feel understood in the language closest to them.
She believes in a holistic approach to care, and that creative outlets like music and dance can play a meaningful part in self-expression and communication.
